RAW DEATH METAL WARRIORS!!! The next band for OEF 2025 is death metal veterans PIKODEATH!!! This Czech/German quartet has been playing since 1998 and is one of the stalwarts of the extreme death metal scene. PIKODEATH has been doing this style for over a quarter of a century and they are definitely doing it right. In their music you will hear only the best that death metal style brings and their latest album "Killed by Silence" is a clear proof of that!!!

Sharpened guitars, fast drums, which do not spare solid blastbeats and throaty hoarse invite you to mosh fight under the stage!!! PIKODEATH are another band that will be making their debut at Obscene Extreme, so let's welcome them to the big OEF family and show great support for these death metal warriors!!!

Bio

Pikodeath entstand im Jahre 1998 in Liberec / Tschechien, damals als thrash-metal Band. Bis heute wurden in Band viele Zusammenstellungsänderungen und Musikrichtung wurde ebenfalls verändert und entwicklet.

Im Jahre 2001 wurde erstes Demo-CD „Veselá kopa“ aufgenommen, 2 Jahre danach wurde 1 Song von Gore-grind Band Impetigo – Boneyard zur Kompilation „Tribute to Impetigo Boneyard“ aufgenommen, später dann im Jahre 2007 CD „NASUROWO“ kam raus.

Im Jahre 2010 kam zur Band Sänger Loppi (ex Band Carpe Noctum aus Zittau), Pikodeath ist seitdem deutsch-tschechische Band.

Mit dieser Zusammensetzung wurde CD „Tief in Dir“ (2013) und CD „Insane“ (2017) aufgenommen, unterstützt duch maximed rec. und defense rec.

Pikodeath hat als support Band für die namhafte Band, wie z.B. Vader, Unleashed, Waco Jesus, Krabathor, Purgatory, Disbelief, Master, Fleshless, Root, … gespielt, sowie war die Beteilligung an Festivals wie In Flammen O.A., Gahlen Mosht O.A., Grind the nazi scum, Metalfestival gegen Krebs, … und vorläufig haben in Tschechien, Slowakei, Österreich, Poland und Deutschland gespielt.
