Do you want the money you have left on your bracelet returned? You can request a refund via the refund form. Do you want your chip balance to support Obscene Extreme Festival, Doctors Without Borders or People in Need? Just choose one of these options on the refund form and donate some or all of it.
How to get your refund?
- Click on this link https://my.flyn.cz/oef-2022/ and fill in the longer number found on the back of the chip.
- Fill in all the information on the refund form and submit.
- We will refund your money within 14 days of sending it.
- You can apply for a refund until 2 August 2022.
- Please make sure you enter your details correctly and if you have any problems with your refund, please contact us at info@flyn.cz.
