Fatal Error was formed in July 2006 in Perm, Russia. In 2010 a 3-song promo was recorded. The band plays GRINDCODE/DEATHMETAL. At the end of 2011 the band recorded their first full-length 'CONGLOMERATE' which was later released by Ukrainian label Metal Scrap Records. In 2013 FE recorded their second album 'God of Endless Madness' and released it via Moscow-based label Fono. Today the band is actively performing and has almost finished working on their 3rd full-length.
