How do I request a refund of my chip balance?
- Click on this link https://my.flyn.cz/oef-2023/ and fill out the longer number found on the back of the chip.
- Fill out all the information on the refund form and submit it.
- We will refund your money within a maximum of 14 days of posting.
- Refunds will run for 14 days, so you can apply for a refund up until midnight on the 25th of July.
- Please make sure you enter your details correctly and if you have any problems with your refund, contact us at info@flyn.cz.
