SWEDISH LOAD OF BRUTALITY!!! Ufff… This is going to be fucking heavy load!!! This band called RAZORRAPE is the embodiment of pure brutality. Most of us consider Sweden to be the cradle of great death metal, but these butchers from Malmö play it damn differently. There are no melodies here, this bulldozer will run you over with brutally heavy tracks until you're nothing but bloody shit!!!


RAZORRAPE has been around since 2004, so here we have another band that's been around for over twenty years. For over twenty years, this quartet has been playing an absolutely inhuman mix of death and grind with bloody disgusting lyrics in such a brutal way that it makes your head spin.


RAZORRAPE are no newcomers to Battlefield, as this will be their third visit. And this time they're bringing a new album, from which they plan to play a few songs live!!! This is going to hurt like hell!!!

SWEDISH BRUALITY UNLEASHED!!! RazorRape - Relentless Death metal/gore grind from the South of Sweden. Known for their catchy riffs, blast beats and pig squeals these Swedish maniacs will bring their bulldozer music to Obscene Extreme. 


The band was formed in 2004, they have released five albums and their style is a mix of Death metal and gore grind! The sound trademark of RazorRape is catchy shredding riffs, groove, combined with blastbeats and guttural vocals. One of the few bands from Sweden that doesn't sound Swedish at all. Formed in Malmö, southern Sweden, by Martin Schönherr — a veteran of the South Swedish extreme metal scene, also known for drumming in Splattered Mermaids, Gorgosaur, Accurst, Virgin Sin and doing vocals in Swedish Cult Death metal band DERANGED. The band has since the start played many shows through Europe and Mexico and grinding the underground scene for over 20 years. Their latest album "Fucked Beyond Recognition" is the bands best album to date, and will not disappoint any fans of the extreme.

In addition to Martin, the current line-up consists of Dan Widing (ex- Deranged, Hatchend, Järnbörd, Inverted), LG Lantz (Belarus Beaver, Sluka) and new guitarrist Andreas Karlsson (Februus, Tusenårseken). RazorRape are working on their next album and will premiere new tracks on Obscene Extreme 2026.
