The bad news is the cancellation of this year's performance of Dutch OPSTAND, whose singer Luc unfortunately had an accident. We wish him a speedy recovery. We however have immediately hotwired and the immediate replacement are the domestic core grinders with an incredible fire, LUDRA!!! These youngsters, in existence since 2021, have already convinced us several times live that their music is the right one for the OEF stage. Not only their shows, but also both their albums are full of incredible crushing loads and we are happy to welcome them to the Battlefield this year. Young people own the world and LUDRA will surely show us what it's all about!!!
Bio
Ludra was formed in year 2021 by guitarist František (Smashing Dumplings, Bloody Diarrhea) and drummer Viktor (Smashing Dumplings) who were joined by bassguitarist Michal (ex-Incarnate). The first couple of songs were composed in this line up and later the vocalist Andreas (We All Gonna Die, ASVRA) joined the band as well. The band started to play live shows and in year 2022 they recorded their first EP Preludrium in Vyškov studio Davos. The original drummer Viktor leaves the band in year 2023 and he is replaced by Lukáš (ex-DPK). The next year Ludra returns to Davos studio and records the second album Hysterie Doby under the guidance of Otyn.
