For those of you out there who are fans of death metal, grindcore, technical and extreme music in general, then look no further than RETH as your band to listen to, combining all the elements. With insane blastbeats, vocals that batter from all octaves and the occasional groove, slam and black metal beating, this Northern England 5 piece have everything for those with an attention span of less than 10 seconds! For fans of Cryptopsy, Discordance Axis, Gorguts, Cephalic Carnage, Defeated Sanity and everything technically precise.
Bio
Formed mid-2000, Reth have had many a line up change, released many a demo, had many ups and downs, but are now at their most razor-sharp and settled stage. Over the years they've played plenty of shows with the 'bigger players' on the scene, including Napalm Death, Melt Banana, Khanate, Mincing Fury, Pigsty, Mucopus, Cephalic Carnage, Birdflesh, Blood Duster, Ephel Duath and many more, as well as all the best of the UK scene as well. Now with the release of 'Precursors to Extinction', they've finally recorded something that pieces together all that they've learnt over the years.
