A STORM CALLED UTILIZE THE REMAINS IS HEADING OUR WAY FROM NEW ZEALAND TO WIPE OUT ALL LIVING THINGS!!! Ladies and gentlemen, from the land of the Hobbits, a group to stomp you into the ground making Bilbo Baggins look like the tallest of the Ents will come to us for the first time. New Zealand is not just the land of immortal stories of the Lord of the Rings and a beautiful countryside, it's also the home of a brutal squad called UTR spewing uncompromising death metal, heavily flavoured with slam and sometimes reaching deathcore territory. These guys got together in 2021 and in relatively short time they've shown the music world they do mean it.

Their island is getting too small for them and they're about to embark on their first foray to the Old Continent. And our festival can't be missing in their gig schedule! UTILIZE THE REMAINS have been confirmed for OEF 2024!!!

Bio

Utilize The Remains are a 4-Piece Brutal Slamming Death Metal Band, proudly cultivated in New Zealand. Formed in 2021, they burst onto their local scene with Visceral Intent. Laced with Heavy Sledgehammer Slams and Apocalyptic themes, their live performance is absolutely crushing! Having shared the stage with bands such as Blood Incantation, Disentomb and Organectomy, Utilize The Remains are well on the way to carving their own path in the underground. They released a 3-track demo in 2021, recently followed up by their debut full-length album: “Psychotic Abyss”. Both through Slam Worldwide. Utilize The Remains will be supporting long standing death metal titans ‘Obituary’ along with Australian hard-hitters ‘Psycroptic’ on their tour across New Zealand in January 2024. With no signs of stopping there, UTR will continue to obliterate next year and prepare themselves for the road to OBSCENE EXTREME!!!
