Travølta started in 2015 as a Crusty Power Violence band from the Heist Op Den Berg area, to be more specific Heultje in the North Of Belgium. Rik, Kevin and another guitar player started up the band. After a few rehearsals Nico joined the band as the singer. Nico was active as a bass player for ages in bands as KingTerror, Vuur, Reller, Outrage,... He wanted to sing for a while and after years of thinking it was time to grab the micro axe and spread some social critical messages. To have a sarcastic twitch they start to name their style: "Heultje Power Violence". The plan was to make Short Fast & Loud songs and if you see their discography I think we might say they've succeed in it. Almost every year since their existence they've released something. The band played numerous shows all over Europe, did a German-Czech and a France-Spain tour and recently they've played their first U.K. show at Chimpy Fest in London. After the pandemic the guitar player didn't found the spirit to start up again. Jonas the guitar player from the Belgian HC/Punk band Diss Guy joined the band and it seems to be the right man for the Travølta pact. In summer 2022 they've start recording a brand new album with 18 new songs under the title: "Disco Violence Up Yours". This will be out just before OEF 2023, that's at least the plan!
