The Walking Dead Orchestra is a French Death Metal band born in 2011 in Grenoble. In 2012, the band releases its first EP « Oppressive Procession » which will allow them to play more than thirty shows across France with internationally recognited bands such as Betraying The Martyrs, UltraVomit (FR), Death Mentality (AT), Agnostic Front (US) , Promethee (CH). TWDO also played a 3 weeks tour in Latin America with the band Descomunal , including a performance at QuitoFest. In 2013, the band releases its first full length album «Architects of Destruction» and wants to get a professionnal production quality. The band works with Mickael Valesi from Sonovore Studio (FR) for recordings, and with Charles J. Wall from Sonic Assault Studio (Cape Coral,USA) for mastering (Whitechapel, King Conquer...) This record (9 tracks, 3 rare tracks) was released under Klonosphere label and distributed by Season Of Mist. In 2014, The Walking Dead Orchestra shared the stage with Suicide Silence, Six Feet Under (USA), Napalm Death, M:Pire of Evil (UK), Loudblast, Benighted (FR), Promethee, Mumakil (CH). In April 2015, the band takes part of Broken Hope and Internal Bleeding (USA) European tour.
