Bio
F.O.A.D. is a blasting crust-black metal act from Lithuania (LTU). Started as one-man band in 2005 by Kommander Lu. (also frontman of blackmetal identity LUCTUS) the band released three full lenght albums - "No peace. No love. No god. No whores" (2005), "Anti all" (2008) and "Socioapathic regression" (2012). With a stable line-up from 2015 F.O.A.D. has started to do skullcrushing live performances. Every F.O.A.D. show is an overdose of madness, ultraviolence and metal of death!Discography
