In England RAISED BY OWLS are considered a small sensation, but they haven't made it  in Europe yet, so why not open the door for them at OEF. RAISED BY OWLS got us with their show at last year's Bloodstock, after playing on smaller stages at this festival they finally made it to the main stage and it was just a blast. So let's see if RAISED BY OWLS will show us a frantic Barney dance at Battlefield or if they'll take aim at someone else this time.
