FAILURE. Still young Italian blood who will show us at OEF how to play uncompromising power violence!!! The speed and hardness of FAILURE's music is like a speedtrain hitting a wall. 

VILE is not just an album by Cannibal Corpse. However, we stay in the USA and death metal. Coming to us from California, VILE have dug their brutal, death metal roots from the ground up and moved on to more traditional death metal properly equipped with more technical melodics.

It's been more than four decades since the dark, hard and orthodox genre of death metal was born under the influence of other metal genres. Our festival loves and supports this style of music and we are happy to introduce names that have not yet had the honour to perform live at the Battlefield. 

For all the lovers of noise core, or total and furious blasting, here we have a treat and it is no less than the Japanese duo FINAL EXIT!!! 

Another celebration at Obscene Extreme!!! INHUME, from the land of Oranjes is synonymous with ultra brutal death/grind and will celebrate thirty years on the scene in 2024!!! 

The band we are going to present can't be easily categorized, but they are known and appreciated all over the world for their unique style and performance!!! Yes, it is no one other than the Japanese duo MELT BANANA!!! 

After 33 prolific years and eleven (!) successful albums, they will perform for the first time Swedish D-beat/thrash/death metal veterans, THE CROWN, finally on Battlefield. 

Metal and punk are very communicating vessels for us, OEF crew, and this band proves it 100%. It's none other than Mexican metal punks ACIDEZ, who have been around since 2003, and since then their star is still rising and their music is still maturing!!! 

Our old friends are back!!! The band, which will soon celebrate incredible 40 years on the scene and is one of the few bands that recorded their debut album in same line up as they are now. It is none other than the masters of dark grindcore from Germany, BLOOD!!! 

This is going to be a classic!!! After many years, none other than the Italian masters of misatropic and noisy grindcore CRIPPLE BASTARDS return to the OEF stage!!! 

Recently our friend and Obscene Extreme fan Ivan contacted us with his story. His son Maty was diagnosed with a rare disease called NMOSD a year ago with severe spinal cord damage. Maty is paralyzed in all his limbs and has other health problems. 

After several years of trying we FINALLY got it!!! Ladies and Gentlemen, headliner op the 25th annual Obscene Extreme festival will be none other than the truly legendary Californian death metal obscene quartet AUTOPSY!!! 

Fantastically brutal!!! That's how this absolutely old school death metal sound in tradition of the CRAWL!!! The up-and-coming Swedish four-piece, has been described as the most heavy act lately and we can only agree. 

In addition to excellent tequila and great tacos, Mexico is known to have a great gore grind base. One of the proofs is the now iconic gentlemen of C.A.R.N.E.!!! 

Another great discovery for the lovers of stop-and-go power violence is the American five-piece bunch called ENDORPHINS LOST. Formed in 2010, the guys rode more in the crust grind vein to hone their style into tight aggressive controlled power violence chaos with lyrics about the dark side of the human psyche and understanding it. 



This is going to hurt!!! Florida's arguably longest running grindcore institute SHITSTORM is coming to the Battlefield for the first time to celebrate their 20 years of existence!!! 

The next massacre that will occupy the boards at Obscene Extreme festival stage is the project of extreme madmen from the land of the rising sun, MORTIFY!!!
