From the sleepy suburbs of San Jose, California, comes HOUKAGO GRIND TIME's third season of wholesome cute anime goregrind discompositions. Recorded and mixed by sole member Andrew Lee (Ripped to Shreds) at his home studio THE WEEB DUNGEON and mastered by Colin Marston at Menegroth, "Koncertos of Kawaiiness: Stealing Jon Chang's Ideas, A Book by Andrew Lee" storms forth with a whirlwind of bowel churning vocals and hyperblasting trashcan snare.  But "Koncertos" isn't limited to just endless blasting punishment and moe anime samples. Stomping polka beats and virtuosic guitar solos inject just enough space for listeners to gasp for breath before drowning in filthy crust riffs. Each song on "Koncertos" is laden with as much anthemic mosh parts as can be stuffed into thirty seconds. In 2023 HOUKAGO GRIND TIME made its live debut as a one man act, debuting at Barely Breathing Fest vol 2, followed by a west coast tour with Taiwanese goregrinders MYXOMA, appearances at Decibel Magazine's Metal and Beer pre-fest in Philly, and a UK tour with MYXOMA capped with performances at Chimpyfest.
