They were formed in 1979 and are one of the main leaders of the UK punk wave 82, together with Discharge, Chaos UK and Charged GBH.

THE VARUKERS have taken the pissed-offness of punk but added some really sharpened metal guitars, and led by charismatic frontman Rat, they have mixed a truly explosive Molotov cocktail that we hear on their records and especially at THE VARUKERS shows!!! This quartet will travel to Battlefield Trutnov for the second time (first time in 2011!!!) and we definitely expect a real punk riot under the invasion of this punk ride!!!
