How do I request a refund of my chip balance?

- Click on this link https://my.flyn.cz/oef-2024/ and fill out the longer number found on the back of the chip.

- Fill out all the information on the refund form and submit it.

- Please make sure you enter your details correctly and if you have any problems with your refund, contact us at info@flyn.cz.

If you want, you can leave us a tip to support Obscene Extreme or donate all or part of it to Doctors Without Borders. It's up to you. If you don't fill out the reimbursement form, your balance will support OEF. Thank you for your support, we appreciate it!!!
