In honor of this American legend, we brewed this California Session IPA, which is a mind blowing beer with its rich taste in the same way Autopsy's debut album was mind blowing for its fans 35 years ago upon its release!!! Severed Brew is a light beer with a distinct hop aroma of citrus, sweet tropical fruit and peach. The taste has a noticeable higher bitterness with a dry finish. The lower alcohol content gives the beer not only festival lightness and drinkability, but the alcohol content of 4.7% is also the brewery's tribute to the 50th birthday of the most important person of the entire festival. So, dear Čurby, we hope your 4th of July birthday celebration rocks!!!

Malts used: Pilsen malt, oatmeal

Hops used: Eldorado, Citra, Columbus

Yeast: BRY-97 (American West Coast)
