The band around the "father of death metal" Paul Speckmann, we managed to bring to the Battlefield as a last minute replacement for the tour cancelled Pyrexia. This, for many years now, American-Czech band is characterized by a very aggressive sound with the unmistakable hars voice of Mr. Speckmann, who could be called the death metal Lemmy!!! The extensive discography of MASTER needs no introduction, all death metal fans know exactly who they are dealing with!!! Bow to the MASTER!!!

Due to the cancellation of the whole Pyrexia tour we had to play a little bit of a chess with the line up of the festival, thus MASTER will play on Obscene Extreme on Friday instead of Jig-Ai, who in turn will take the position on Saturday instead of Pyrexia!!!

PYREXIA statement: "Thank you Curby for your utter generosity in trying to bring Pyrexia to Obscene Extreme. Literally in the last hour, yesterday, we were notified that although all efforts were made our EU tour starting next week including OE is canceled due to insufficient resources to cover the costs of the tour. We even offered yesterday to come as a four piece to save on flights but was told that would not help the situation. We apologize to everyone who was coming to see us and especially to Curby. We hope to see you all soon."
