How do I request a refund of my chip balance?

- Click on this link: https://uno.flyn.cz/oef2025 and fill out the numbers found on the back of the chip.

- Fill out all the information on the refund form and submit it.

- We will refund your money within a maximum of 14 days of posting. 

- Refunds will be available for 14 days, so you can request a refund until July 25th at midnight.

- Please make sure you enter your details correctly and if you have any problems with your refund, contact Flyn support at info@flyn.cz.
