Obscene Extreme beer - Symphonies of Smoothness!!! Check out the video directly from the brewery!!!

In collaboration with Pivovar Proud, we have prepared a beer that is a tribute to the headliner of this year's OEF, the British band Carcass.

Their second album Symphonies of Sickness rocked the extreme music scene worldwide and has become a milestone that has influenced hundreds of bands since its release in 1989. So we've brewed an English Pale Ale (Extra Special Bitter) that pays homage to this British legend and whose flavour will play a symphony of smoothness and subtlety for fans at this year's OEF, hence the name Symphonies of Smoothness.

Beer parameters:

- 12 % gravity

- 4.9 % ABV

- medium bitterness of 45 IBU characteristic of the Extra Special Bitter (ESB) style

- rich golden colour at 15 EBC supporting the malt base of the beer.

- the overall character of the beer is malty with a pronounced bitterness but without a pronounced hop aroma. To achieve the 'English' character of the beer, the water hardness has also been adjusted by the addition of salts, which adds to the malt component of the beer as well as the perception of bitterness. The addition of unmalted wheat enriches the body and fullness of the beer.

- malts used: Pale Ale, Pilsner malt, CaraRED, caramel and flaked wheat

- hops used: Admiral, British Cascade

- yeast: London ESB
