How will it work?

- Part of the wristband you will receive is a chip which, once topped up, allows you to pay at all the vendors in the event area. The first time you top-up, you will pay a one-time fee of 30,-CZK for the chip.

- Your festival wristband will serve as a ticket to the area as well as a digital wallet through which you can buy drinks and food. OEF merch and band merch is payed by cash, as well as at the vendor booths in the grindmarket. 

- The chip works in a similar way to a credit or debit card, you pay by simply placing it on a payment terminal.

How and how much can I top up my chip?

- You can top up your chip with cash and of course credit card, but card companies are ruthless with small entities like us, so a 2% fee is added to the top up amount. We therefore recommend that you withdraw your money from an ATM in town and pay with cash instead. 

- The amount you charge is up to you. You can have the balance refunded after OEF. 

Can I recharge my chip before the start of OEF?

- Yes, if you have already purchased a ticket, you can recharge your chip before you arrive at Obscene Extreme. Click on this link: https://my.flyn.cz/oef-2023/ticket, enter your ticket number and the amount you want to charge. You can recharge from anywhere in the world and only by online card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. If this does not work for you, please recharge on site.

How do I check balance on my chip?

- Along with each top-up/purchase, the attendant will display and, on request, a QR code, which you simply scan and the code will link you to your profile where you can track all payments and top-ups.

- This profile will be active for the entire OEF, so if you keep this page open, you can check your balance, and all purchases, top-ups, etc. on your phone at any time.

How do I request a refund of my chip balance?

- We will refund your balance to your account after OEF or you can donate it to OEF or charity. 

- We will start the refund process after the festival on Tuesday, July 11, 2023. We will post a link where you can request a refund on our website.  

Top-up point opening times: On Tuesday 5 p.m. - 9 p.m. you can come in to exchange your ticket for a wristband (just replacing the tape, no ticket sales) and charge your chip with no lines. and charge your chip with no lines.

TOP-UP |.: The recharge point will be open from Wednesday, July 5, 2023 10 a.m. to Sunday, July 9, 2023 10 a.m. NON-STOP.

TOP-UP ||.: We recommend using the second recharge point, which can be found in the auditorium and will be open every day from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
