We will neither exchange printed tickets nor VIP camp, car park & lockerbox vouchers, just come to the Battlefield next year. We will send you new vouchers (electronic tickets) to your email in a few weeks. You don't have to worry about anything, we will contact you.
We want to keep OEF as it is - independent and without sponsors. So, by keeping your ticket and using it next year, you will help us. Thank you all for your support! IN FANS WE TRUST!!!
If you cannot keep the ticket and want to return the money, write to our email: aneta@obsceneextreme.cz adding more details (where you bought the ticket, how much you bought it for and your account number). We will try to resolve your request as soon as possible. The ticket refund will be possible until June 30, 2020. After this date, it will no longer be possible to return the tickets.
Want to buy a ticket for next year? We recommend buying tickets only on our official website or from our distributors: www.obsceneextreme.cz/en/tickets. Please note that the ticket only entitles to a single entry to the venue, so we do not recommend reselling the tickets!
